  Chris and his team are my go to guys for problem solving, They have solved some very hard to diagnose problems. Their abundance of experience in the automotive industry saves us many hours of expensive diagnostics. I highly recommend them for any mechanical repairs.

  I had some major work done last year to my Nissan's CVT transmission and I took it to Progressive Auto. Recently I had a problem with what turned out to be a defective part. Chris and his team remembered my vehicle and because I was at the one-year warranty mark they repaired it for free - no questions asked.

  We are so happy and relieved to have found Progressive - an honest shop that doesn't ever do more than needs to be done. We have had several jobs done there, and they have always been excellent to deal with on time, cost, and customer service. Once we took our vehicle there after hearing a noise from the front end, and they looked at it and told us they could say what it might be, but rather than spend money on it before it is certain to wait and see if it got worse and then they would know for sure - but they also checked out the whole front end to make sure it was perfectly safe to drive in the meantime - and then didn't charge for checking it. We recommend this place to everyone we know. Keep up the good and honest work guys!!

  Many of my fellow females understand how intimidating it is to take a vehicle to be fixed. In the past I basically assumed that I would be taken advantage of, have things fixed that didn't really need to be fixed, and pay more than I should have had to pay. It brings me great peace of mind to know that the people at Progressive Automotive are honest, straight-forward and fair, and I would recommend them to any woman who is looking for somewhere to take their vehicle and not have to worry about what is being recommended and charged.

  You get something from Chris and the guys at progressive that is a rarity in the automotive mechanic world. You get honesty. And with that, come peace of mind that you are being told the straight story and aren't being strung along and fleeced by some shady grease monkey which we all know is so so common these days. Highly recommend progressive. Won't even consider going anywhere else.

  Absolutely amazing! I had never been to this shop before and was told to phone them. Called and spoke with Ben who got me in within ten minutes of my phone call. I was worried about an oil leak and spoke with Chris, meanwhile thinking that the fix was going to cost me $600-$700. Chris opened my engine, changed out a faulty filter and O ring and fixed my problem. I spent $35 at his shop and could not be happier, my wallet is also thankful. Amazing service, great guys and so helpful. I'll be going there from now on for all my service needs. Thank you Chris and Ben!!
