  Every single person at this branch is very unprofessional and very very rude and abusive. Including any managers. Do yourself a favour and TURN AWAY BEFORE EVER GOING HERE.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!!!! The people at this branch are the worst people. I wasn't in their system and never rented things from them but my boyfriend did. He got a phone and it didn't come with a charger so he bought one. When he returned the phone they asked for the charger. When he didn't give it to them they LOST it. It never came with one so why should he have to give them the one he bought? They came to the house when he wasn't home and my cat gotout so i tried to grab him and they physically would NOT let me leave.
