  So kind and helpful. We ran out of cat food and it was late on a Thursday. They were closed and when I peered in the window they came and opened up the store and helped me pick out the right food I needed for our cats. They didn't have to do that -- it was the end of a long day for them, too. So I really really appreciated it!

  The staff makes this place awesome to visit. They get to know you on a first name basis and really invest themselves in what is best for your furry friend! A very nice addition to the neighbourhood. The community vibe has them fitting right in.

  One example is when I explained my cats extremely fast eating habit they researched and brought in for me, a slow feeder for my cat! It was also a fair price and anyone with a cat who's a "really fast eater" try the slow feeder it is amazing!!

  Love this place. They have whatever you need for your pets small and large. Dogs, cats, chinchillas, bunny's, they do not sell pets.

  Despite being a small space it's amazing how many fun great useful products that are available in this "little hidden gem" of a store! Always the best service whether it's needing a new food to needing a speciality product, the staff are always a huge help! They all own and love pets and use/buy their products so they give you an honest opinion..
