  There was a line up at the tills and even though I had seen at least three other people working, only one person was on till and no one came for back up, even though there were at least five people in line (FYI - the standard is if there were more than three people in line someone should hop on till). The cashier seemed miserable and did not interact with the dogs in line at all, nor attempted to make small talk.

  I love to shop there, I always find everything I need too and more. Love playing with the animals, today they have 4 kittens all orange striped.They are so gorgeous and playful like only kittens can be. .they seem to be brothers, wouldn't be amazing to be adopted all into a household.

  Groomers there really care and do an amazing job. We would be drowning in husky hair floofs without their hard work!

  As well, they saw us struggling to carry a scratching post plus our cart of items and did not offer to help at all. We spent at least ten minutes trying to fit it all in my car because the scratching post did not fit. I have no idea what the 3+ employees were doing but an offer to come back and pick up the scratching post later or assistance maneuevering it would have been very helpful.

  Love it! Even though I do work in the grooming area I still love coming to work on a day off when I need things! My dog does too! Greay staff and excellent knowledge!

  We spent $300+ on cat supplies. It is normal for a pet lover (whom PetSmart should be hiring) to comment on how happy the cat will be and reassure you for spending that much.

  We were almost tempted to return everything for terrible customer assistance but are settling for this. I know Petsmart is capable of having amazing customer service so am very disappointed to be writing this. I am hoping it was just a bad day but this behaviour is inexcusable.

  Used to be rated 4/5 because all of the employees were happy and eager to help. Went back this week and everyone was MISERABLE. My friend and I were picking up supplies for her new kitten (including a really heavy cat litter and scratching post) and no one offered to help us carry or offer assistance with choosing products. In fact, they walked AWAY from us.

  Manager Paul was an AMAZING help tonight, helping choose and size a harness for our 11 week old German Shepherd. I've never had a puppy before and Paul was not only a great help but had some excellent advice for walking and training the pup that I was able to use immediately. Cashier gave him a treat on the way out. Always have fantastic experiences and service here. They absolutely love animals. Thanks all!
