  Terrible delivery experience tonight. $104 order. Our food arrived in good time, nice and hot, smelled delicious. We dished out plates and began to eat. My husband found a hair on his plate. Then he found another. Black hairs, one short and one king. Then he went back into the kitchen and looked in the containers and found more hair. So, he called. The response from the guy on the phone was "you let me know and I'll give you a deal next time". It wasn't until I got on the phone, argued with the man that I spent over $100 on food, and will now being throwing more than $70 of it in the garbage because we were turned off by hair in the food. He argued that no one has complained about hair before and the cooks wear hair nets. I reminded him that I do not have black hair, although my husband does, it is not 3 inches long, and the hair is actually present in the containers of food it was delivered in. He continued to argue. I reminded him that if he was a customer and spent that money to feed his family and had to discard almost all of it, how would he feel? That's like taking my money and throwing it out in front of me without a care. I demanded that I wanted a refund, at least a partial, and we would send the food back. He didn't want the food back, but eventually agreed to refund me $40. We are sending the food back anyways, so they can inspect it and find what we found.

  Clean, nice staff, and decent menu, just not my first choice for a noodle bowl. Parking can be a little problematic, there are lots around, but they are generally filled up; same with on street parking, there are spots out front, but they fill up, this place has a lot of foot traffic from downtown.

  The food was so delicious, huge portions. Spring roll was very crispy. My family was really like this place. My sister's Pho(Combination Beef noodle soup)was looked so good. It was fresh, hot, good for a cold weather lol. It also had basil like the other province.That was my surprise! Service was extremely friendly, they served very fast. I called Pork chop with rice,omg too much I coudnt eat all so took home a half. Recommended to my co-worker. So we will come back so far.

  I am not the one who likes to leave terrible reviews, but this time its different. Went there with my family and left really disappointed. Ordered soup with chicken but chicken itself tasted like a rubber! Service was not great at all. As soon as we were done eating, the waitress was standing right in front of us waiting when we will leave so she can clean the table. We felt really out of place so we had to make our way out!

  This place is one of the best places in town if you are a pork chops lover. You will not find the pork chops and rice on their lunch special menu but can always just ask them to make one for you. All of their food is amazing
