  Zero customer service experience. Zero situational awareness. Would rather turn money away then help a customer. In a city full of restaurants I would expect all to be trying their hardest and best. Most are but rickys expects the hotel to keep them profitable

  So much for the always reliable, good hot food! Yesterday a friend and I went for a well-deserved supper at this location. We decided to order the SPECIAL that was chicken and ribs. Well we are still incensed about what we received for $16.99 a plate. Leftovers! Yes that's right, leftovers. It was disgusting and certainly not fresh as expected. We told the kind waitress that when asked if we were enjoying or food. And then the manager told us that it was leftover from the night before buffet. We were hungry and had another commitment so had no time to reorder. We were charged for only one plate but upon more thought, we should not have been charged at all. I have eaten at Ricky's many times (Grasslands) and have always been satisfied. This was appalling and unacceptable.

  Always reliable, good, hot food. Always friendly staff. The coke is never flat or bitter. Whether a burger or an entree, I'm never disappointed. The one time I had pie for dessert, it wasn't very good. Otherwise an immaculate experience, every time.

  Shocked to find out from server that all-day breakfast is no more. Just 4 lame breakfast items and only after 4pm. Corporate decision that will make it easy to NOT return.
