  The guys that installed my furnace did a nice, clean installation (complete with drop-sheets) of the furnace. I am happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone else that is looking to have furnace work completed.

  I needed to replace both my furnace and water heater and had looked around and received quotes from a few different companies but settled on Universal after having them come out and review everything. They gave me a excellent price and helped me get the best equipment for the money. Communication during the entire project was excellent, they even made me aware of various factory rebates etc. When it came time to do the install these guys were very professional "awesome crew" and answered any questions we had during the entire process. Definitely at the top of my list!

  We had Universal install an Air Conditioner for us at our new home. They showed up on time and got all the work done to keep our home cool. They even noticed that a shut off for our water heater was dripping and fixed that!

I was happy with his answers to my questions, his promptness to return calls and emails, and overall professional demeanor. He was out to my house twice to check out my original furnace installation, and answer my questions about the new installation, and present day Gas Codes.

  About 4 years ago I needed a plumber to install my gas fireplace, gas furnace in the garage and hookup a gas BBQ. Colin and Jason at Universal Plumbing were recommended to me. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. I had many questions regarding other plumbing issues, permits as well as some hands on training for my fresh air exchanger. Since then I have had them in to install a new water heater and again have been very impressed with them and the job they have done. I have recommended them too many of my friends who have also been satisfied. I will continue to promote Universal Plumbing to everyone who is in need of their service.
