  This company has one of the best customer service. They were very professional, attentive and cooperative when our furnace died. Not only did they fix the issue, but also took the extra time to show and explain what have to be replaced. It's easy to see, company's goal is to save customer's money as much as it's possible.

  Our water heater had a leak and we called Smile to take a look at it. They immediately said that the whole water heater had to be replaced without even really looking at it. Charged us for stopping by to tell us that and then left. Got other inspections and it turned out that only the valve needed to be replaced and the water heater is fine (which it is, because it's been fine since replacing the valve that was only like $20 by the way). It just seemed like they're looking to squeeze the most money out of their customers. Super sketchy, obviously would never call them again.

  My water heater died two days before Christmas. Smile Heating and Cooling was the ONLY business to answer the phone. Because of the season, they made an extra effort to get the work done the same day. They came in the evening and two hours later the job was done. They cared about my Christmas plans, and completed the job before Christmas. My Christmas miracle. Great service. Thank you!
