  This company has been prompt with install service dates, no issues with billing, and the staff was upfront about a rental unit outside the city of Regina. I have not had to call for service but have rented the water heater now for 3 years with no issues. We are on Lumsden water.

  Wish I could give a NEGATIVE 5 starts. Water heater busted and leaked water everywhere. Frustrating situation but Health comes out and replaces the heater. Turns out I had to pay for their gas permit, $68.. The house smelt of natural gas and I asked him if he tested the line. He said YES. Next morning the house still smells of gas, so we did our own soap test and the line started BUBBLING LIKE CRAZY. They put my home and everyone in it in extreme danger. I will never place my trust in Health water services ever again. Terrible customer service and technicians. Clearly a lack of knowledge within the entire company.

  Zero customer service. Larry the GM is rude beyond belief. We have been renting THREE water heaters for 3 homes from this company for a total of 5 years. We have now sold the homes but have prepaid for the year for all heaters. I asked for a refund "we don't give refunds" I asked if the new owners came in and paid for the rest of the year would they give us our money back "we don't have to do anything" He agreed though to REMOVE the water heaters at a 40% administration fee and refund me the rest which they would issue in 3 WEEKS because, and I quote "I am doing you a favour" I asked whether the 40% fee was written somewhere and readily admitted he made that number up because he could and he doesn't have to do anything for me. Read the reviews, look online. This company has horrendous reviews and now I see why. Yikes. Use a company that believes in their customer service slogan.

  I got a bill from this company. As I am in the process of selling my house I was told by the employee that I could pay for 6 months instead of one year. I paid the 6 months to then get a bill saying "past due" for the other 6 months. When I called in and asked the lady on the phone said yeah that was me and yes you're past due. She admitted to saying that and then told me basically to deal with it and I had to pay the other half. Terrible service. Will not recommend or use in my new house.

  Good service. Could improve on the convenience of payments. Maybe have longer hours of make online payments available.
