  Excellent location and clean and nice. Close to lots of shopping and dining. Big room's and comfortable beds. They keep it spotlessly clean. Great for a weekend getaway.

  Easily the worst night at a Super 8. I stayed here because it is pet-friendly and I am loyal to Super 8/wyndham rewards. Pet fee is the highest I've experienced across the country. First floor is actually below-grade so you have nothing but headlights and tires right outside your window, the whole building is surrounded by parking spaces. Room was dreary and needs an upgrade. Towels were dull and stained. No comfy bed duvets, the fleece sheet was actually ripped. Trying to find one positive is difficult...

  Nice, clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice desk clerk. Nothing fancy, but no complaints.

  Their suites are pretty good for the right price. Breakfast is fre as well. However the standard room is bad. Very bad.

  I hate to have to give this place a three star because in many ways they are quite wonderful. The rates are reasonable and the included breakfast really helps by not having to go out and get breakfast somewhere else. The staff have always been friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I have had to stay there during medical treatments in the city and have spent a lot of money there over the last year. The cleaning that is done is very surface unfortunately. I have twice had hair in the tub and on the toilet and sink, and the last stay had short dark hairs in the bed (I have long red/brown hair). I don't care how reasonable the rates are, I expect fresh bedding and properly cleaned rooms. I'm afraid this last experience has soured me. Once I can overlook; people make mistakes, and I know the housekeeping staff have limited amounts of time per room. I cannot overlook that this appears to be a chronic occurance. I have been sick for a long time, so I expect to use (and do) disinfecting wipes everywhere I go, but charging me for the privilege of sleeping in dirty sheets is over the line. Sorry Super8; you have some issues to overcome if you want me to spend my money with you again.
