  The management at this hotel have a dispicable policy in place. I booked for two nights. I had until 4pm check-in day to cancel the reservation without penalty. At 2:45am the day of check-in, they placed a $221.00 charge against my credit card. They did not make me aware of this policy in advance. My point is, I had until 4pm to cancel the reservation, so what gave them the right place a charge on my credit card 13 hours before the allowed time to cancel. When I spoke to the manager to address this policy, I may as well have spoken to a mute moron. If I could give this location a zero, I would.

  Easy to get to, restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

  Had to stop over in Regina when we were not expecting to. Luckily they had room and allowed us to even check in an hour earlier then we were technically allowed to.

  Room was great. Needed to photocopy some papers and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety.

  Free continental was actually great - best i've seen in quite a while!
