THE WORST MEDICAL CLINIC BEFORE THE SWITCH OVER IT WASNT THAT BAD BUT DURING AND SINCE THE TRANSITION ITS TERRIBLE THE INFORMATION THEY LIST PUBLICLY IS WRONG I HAVE TO CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE I DONT WASTE MY TIME MAKING THE TRIP THERE. EVEN WITH PREPARATION THE RECEIPTION IS USELESS THEY TELL U ONE THING AND ITS REALLY ANOTHER I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CLINIC MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I DEFINITELY HAVE TO FIND A NEW LOCATION. TERRIBLE PLACE. Its not a 1 star more like 0 or whatever is worse than 0

If you have had a good experience at any other clinic. I would suggest you try there first and only use this clinic as a last resort.

I’m sorry but this clinics public relations and behaviour is extremely foreign to what most People are use too here in Saskatchewan. I have never witnessed this code of conduct before. From the moment you arrive and they tell you to take a number. That is in fact what you are to this clinic front office staff. They don’t want to hear anything they don’t care. Sit down with your number and wait until they call your number. That can take up to 30 minutes and that’s just to check yourself in.

I have a chronic condition that requires regular visits. My Dr left this clinic and I was not notified. I only found out after I was refused lab work. Now they are holding my files hostage until I pay 45.00 to transfer them. Front counter staff never seem to want to give you any time either. Avoid this place of you can.

I visited twice this week and was in and out within 45 minutes. No problems. Exceeded my expectations.

I signed up for an appointment ahead of time and was told the time was adjusted and good to go. When walking to the clinic door about 6 minutes before my appointment I found it to be rejected. I was not happy as I then became a walk in patient!

I’m sorry but I did this post under a friends name that does not use this clinic. it just makes sense.

If you call in ahead of time to make a Drs appointment when ever there is an opening. Even if you have seen their Dr twice before in the previous 2 weeks for the same on going medical problem. They will not book an appointment unless you have stated that the Dr that you are wanting to see is your Family Dr.

What I’m about to say may come across as sounding Politically incorrect. However that is not my intention. But the best thing the Drs could do is hire a couple local medical front office staff to help out the people working there right now. Their behaviour and lack of Mannerism makes the experience that much worse. If they hired a couple people who have worked in this field for some time here in Canada. They would probably bring it. Greatly.

Upon becoming a walk in patient they will tell you it’s approximently a 30 to 40 minute wait when in fact it will be more like a 60 to 90 minute wait. That’s after you have waited up to 30 minutes before they call your number to check in.

The Dr’s seem to be fine. It’s just dealing with and getting past the front office staff that makes your visit a very trying and negative experience.
