  Great place for supplies but the staff always seems extremely unorganized and confused. Tough to find adequate help at this location which is a real let down for the brand.

  THIS WAS NOTHING I DID WRONG, I WAS VERY POLITE IN THE BEGINGING AND I ENDED UP STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL. THAT GOAT F$%&ING CLOWN CAN SHOVE IT.

  Stores very clean and tidy well organized however next to nose staph available for assistance so we wandered aimlessly through the aisles of wood to find the boards we required.

  Just renovated our home and picked up a few things here. When asking staff to help find an item they have in stock they would look down one isle then tell me they didn't have it. Had to go to customer service so they could get a different person to come get it for me.(item was up in rafters) Was in the store around an hour to get 1 item. If I do have to come here I look up online what isle and how much stock there is online before going because I know I'm gonna be on my own. Now I just spend that extra time driving down to Lowe's even though the location isn't convenient because their staff are actually useful.

  I went to rent a tile cutter, when I went to rent the old piece of garbage I asked for a new blade on it because there was a FLAT SPOT on the cutting wheel and this ignorant "new Canadian" insisted it had a new blade, he offered me another one he had on the shelf and I looked at that one and it was really no better but I needed it so I took all the missing parts off the other one a pieced together this other one. EVERY SINGLE TILE I CUT didn't cut right and wrecked every single I tried to cut with it. Next day I took it back and he was so god dam rude to me and wouldn't even look at the pictures of all my wrecked tiles.
