  The instructors at Sweepscience are very knowledgeable, and the students are very welcoming! The classes are well taught and structured in a way to facilitate a positive learning environment, no big egos just a relaxed group that bases their success on the success of others around them. The students and the instructor were happy to answer any of my questions about techniques that being taught. I attend the adult classes, and my daughter attends the kid's classes.

  Lots of mat time, a solid curriculum, and good instruction make this a great place to train. We all have a lot of fun and there is a good mix of humour and hard work.

  Awesome group of guys!! I was passing through and stoped in to check it out. The head instructor communicated concepts very well and his class was well run. The group was very inviting and it was easy to tell that the culture from the top down is about building people up. Rising tide raises all ship as it were.

  The kids class is well formatted, and my wife and I already see and love the changes we've seen in her since the beginning. John and his instructors have a way to pull the best out of each child while building their skills and confidence. You won't find a higher level of commitment than the one the guys at Sweepscience have when it comes to the personal growth of every student there.

  John is a patient teacher and the atmosphere at this club is second to none. Everyone there is there to help each other and learn.

  Everyone was really friendly, and great to train with. Instructors were very knowledgeable, easy to approach and to ask questions. the jiu jitsu was technical and modern. It was a amazing workout and great experience!
