  Decent gym , lots of equipment , too busy now that other local gyms closed. Front desk staff are friendly admin and accounting are a real down fall for this place.

  I had almost lost faith in customer service surveys entirely. So to have the owner reach out and talk my (very minor) issues through with me definitely made me realize I made the right choice by choosing Evolution.

  Best gym hands down... Physically Not many windows downstairs but nice private & cozy environment. Squash courts, racquet ball & basketball accessible. Wide variety of great work out machines and Climbing wall. Water fountains around. Ability to Attend many different classes with your membership. Ladies only section upstairs as well as some windows on the other side of gym. Private Sauna in ladies room with hair dryers and showers with glass doors. What else could you ask for? Oh ya.. kids club with a slide And people to care for your kids. Ok to leave up to 4 kids for up to 2 hours. Win Win!!

  Absolutely awful experience. I am so thankful I am no longer a member at this gym. Cancelled my membership due to moving away from Regina, and when I came in to make my final payment the front desk woman make a snide and judgemental remark about my weight. Apparently once you have paid all your dues and are no longer a member, there is no need to treat you respectfully. Take note, anyone who is not in peak physical condition and is looking for a membership to get healthy and in shape, this is not the place for you.

  Great place to work out. I am here 4-5 days a week. Pretty up to date equipment, lots of choice, and is generally pretty clean. Good choice in the south end of town.

  Edit: Owner personally phoned me with an apology, and it was much appreciated. It sounds like actions are being made so members/non-members will not be treated like this in the future.

  There were a few minor issues which I addressed in a survey however, to my delight I was responded to within a day from the owner directly. My issues were not only addressed but also resolved.

  The facility is always clean, the equipment is maintained, there's plenty of places to deadlift, and the staff is friendly. Since the increase in open hours and 2.5lb weights I have no complaints.
