  We bought new beds over a year ago. I have never been happier with a bed in my life! And my bed is not complete without the accompanying pillows. Our salesman was the best that we have ever had, he explained about everything a buyer could ever need to know & should know! Best sales people ever!

  Now this sales person named Andy on his batch was too rude to talk I asked him a difference in different brands have different price what's the actual difference, instead of giving me a technical answer regarding mattress he replied if you know difference between BMW and Toyota.

  Horrible customer service. They play games in the store and are not honest. We shopped in different locations over a week or so. The east store gave us a higher price than the north store and when we told them that, the salesman got mad and called the north store and complained to them, in front of us! Should have seen the warning signs but ordered a mattress anyway. They delivered a stained mattress with the tags cut off. When we complained they were unresponsive at first and finally after weeks of trying to get an answer they just denied that the mattress ever had tags to begin with. You could see the tag remnant! Took a lot of arguing with their customer service rep who was dismissive and really disrespectful on the phone. Finally they sent out a replacement which also looked used (a $2000 mattress shouldn't be pilled on the top). We just kept it because we were tired of dealing with them. Heed the warning and stay away!

  I went there today with my wife to look for mattress,there was a sales guy named Andy whom we told our requirement and price range....he showed us 3-4 mattresses n further when we told him that one of our friend has this particular mattress then he said that was costly one n he did not showed us that mattress.....further when we asked him how much discount will u give us on one mattress we selected,then he said if u r a serious buyer only then i will confirm from my manager the last price.....this is the worst serive from a renowned mattress store.....that salesperson is not cooperative at all,what he is paid for i dont know......every customer wants the best deal
