  My amazing dentist referred me to Dr.Wagner for my wisdom teeth extraction. I have extreme anxiety with dentists but I’ve never had a surgery before. So, Dr.Wagners staff are very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and comforting. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience. Dr.Wagner himself: he started off by lightening the mood and cracking a joke - which was great for me. He introduced himself, professionally and worked hard at keeping a low stress environment for me. He explained everything thoroughly, unfortunately during his explaination I started to get very uneasy & teared up. He comforted me, as did his nurse, finished his explaination and asked if I wanted to get right into it. I nodded eagerly. From there, he gave me nitrous to calm my nerves and then started the IV. All I remember is him saying “We’ll give you something to relax” and then I woke up - and went home. I’m very thankful Dr.Wagner was so friendly, accommodating and over all - just great. I highly recommend him, especially if you have anxiety, like myself. Thank you & your excellent team, Rob!

  Had a great experience with Dr. Bhatti. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. She removed 4 wisdom teeth with minimal disruption, and things are healing up nicely. The staff at the office were great when I called in a week later asking for some ideas to relieve the tightness I was feeling in my jaws. Overall, I highly recommend.

  I had a procedure done elsewhere, the surgeon doesn't live here in Regina and he never answered my calls. I was in pain almost the entire week when I told a co-worker she told me to call the surgeon she went to. They were very accommodating especially since I never had the treatment done there. The front staff was friendly and understanding and I was able to see Dr.Wagner that day. He was great, knew exactly what was wrong and I was relieved to have it taken care of.My only regret, not seeing him in the first place, I never thought to ask my dentist who referred me if the guy doing the surgery lived here and would be available in the event of an emergency. Thanks to everyone at Provincial Oral Surgery, you saved my weekend.

  Getting treatment at a surgeons office was scary to me. The office is clean&comfortable. The staff seem genuinely nice and professional. Dr. Wagner explained everything and answered all my questions before starting the procedure. I had a great experience. I wasn't sure if I had an infection and called the office after hours, called the number that was on the message machine. It wasn't an answering service but Dr.Wagner direct line! He reassured me and said if I still was having trouble to call the office in the morning and they would see me. Keep up the great patient care and thanks
