  Great experience, the receptionist was very helpful and even though there was a wait for walk in I was got to see the doctor within 10 minutes of what she assessed the wait time.

  I went there a couple days ago because my kids are sick with the flu. So I went to go see Dr. Izekor, he told me my kids “will be fine in a week” so now today I am going to a different Dr. to get medication for my children who suffered long enough with this flu going around. Worst Dr ever & just so I now know. I’ll never be taking my kids and myself there ever!!!

  Further more, I called the next day for my results and the receptionist said they were not in. Eight days later I called again and come to find out there were in fact in the day I called, however Dr Shabazz neglected to call me. I will never return to the office.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Long wait when the office was empty. Doctor showed no empathy. Bed paper was tattered and unchanged.

  Being out of province I thought there might be an issue regarding documentation but the receptionist handled it quickly and smoothly.

  The front desk misspelled my last name on my bloodworm sheet. Was poorly trained, resulting in her having to call multiple people to help her fill out my information on the form. As I was leaving the clinic to get my blood work taken, Dr. Shabazz spoke to me extremely loud in the waiting room that resulted in all patients to know my reason for being there.

  Dr. Holfeld quite quickly told us that what's bothering our son are two different things. Prescribed drugs that worked rather than saying "some kids just have it like that" as other docs including pediatricians. Asked to take photos of what she could not see inflamed and said to come in the very day things go bad again without waiting for a week for a visit. Then she also helped my husband diagnose what they could not in hospital (although she looked online, too :) dermatology is one of the least developed branches of medicine, so a lot of guessing and missing. Worked well for us.
