  After waiting an hour and a half to see the doctor, who was not even there my wife was asked to wait outside with our sick 1 year old son because he was crying, they asked a sick baby to wait outside in the cold to see a doctor that was not even there. Never go to this clinic they are very rude and ignorant, after talking to the doctor on the phone later in the day after going to a different clinic, Dr.k Patel said they did nothing wrong kicking my already sick 1 year old son outside to wait and see a doctor. Outraged and frustrated.

  Super disappointed. I have been seeing Dr.Patel since I was a kid, I have always trusted her and really enjoyed being her patient. My experience today was horrible, she treated my kids like dogs and completely disregarded what I had to say. She asked me what I wanted her to do about and it made excuses for her newly hired receptionist. I will be changing family doctors immediately, and so will the rest of my family!
