  CORNWALL DENTAL is on the main level of CORNWALL CENTRE to the right of SASK TEL. PARKADE parking is available at the CORNWALL CENTRE with elevators. For persons in wheelchairs there is a ramp from the ground floor level of CORNWALL CENTRE to the floor level where CORNWALL DENTAL is located; the dental office access has double doors and the access is at the same floor level as the public area.

  First time I went to inquire, I got Shannon who was very welcoming and went above and beyond her duties! She is amazing!!! Sherry did a very thorough job with the hygiene and am surprised it was a much better experience than I have Ever has anywhere else!!! Jay is a stunt, just truly happy with how efficient Dr Phen was and I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

  Great Service - Receptionist, Dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Phen, all of them make up a great team. Love the reminder calls. I would recommend for sure.

  I have been a client of CORNWALL DENTAL for approximately thirteen years; initially with the previous dentist, Ray MYERS, and now with Dr. PHEN. Yesterday I was at CORNWALL DENTAL for root canal on lower molar and had gum probe ( check for recession of gums) done at the same time.

  The probe procedure was done with care and sensitivity; did not take up much time. The root canal was three canal procedure; everything from the initial needles to the final capping was done with care, and, procedures were well explained by both Dr. PHEN and his dental assistant Sherry. While the root canal procedure was being done Sherry was continually checking to see if I were feeling pain, or, needed suction etc. Due to the working position my neck was in an uncomfortable position; when i mentioned (motioned) to Sherry about this she and other staff immediately procured and rolled up small towel to put under my neck; this alleviated most of the discomfort.
