  I live in New Brunswick and wanted to buy a used bike in Regina, but didn't want to fly out to inspect it before buying. Bert at Western was willing to have the seller bring the bike in, Bert then inspected it, and was the middle man between myself and the seller for an entire paypal pinkbike transaction. He kept the bike in Westerns possession until my money was received by the seller, after which he shipped it to me in NB. I live across the country and may never end up in this shop, even knowing this, he was still willing to help out a fellow rider. THAT is customer service. This is one hell of a bike shop.

  GREAT SHOP , excellent service , great bikes. The mechanic went over everything on the bikes before sending them out.

  We spent the 3 days riding the trail system in Regina, at Wascana Valley Trails and at Regina Beach riding along the lake. We travel a lot and rent bikes in many cities in Canada and the USA and can only give the folks at Western Cycle 5* for every aspect of the process.

  Wow is this my favourite bike shop in town. Uber professional staff! myself, my husband and our friends all were fitted with the guru machine for our road bikes and Tri bikes and man am i super happy with my bike, makes biking 50+ Km a breeze the staff is knowledgeable about the products they are selling and we look forward to going there and knowing we are going to be getting the best service and advice in town.
