  Older staff are helpful and have people skills, the young ones seem to live in a fantasy land and have better things to do than help a 38 year old find mascara. I travel alot, Regina Sephora is by far the worst.

  Everytime I go to sephora I have a horrible experience. I'm a young teenager that loves makeup and sephora has the kind of makeup I enjoy, but everytime I go in I get ignored and overlooked. I spent 30 mins in the store and not one worker came up to me and asked if I needed any help, I wasn't even greeted at the door, everyone around me got greeted and was helped right away. I know that all of the workers seen me looking at makeup and trying to find a shade of foundation but was still ignored and over looked. I didn't get help until my mother who was waiting for me came into the store and asked what was taking so long, i explained to her my situation and frustrations. My mother was also not pleased, she went up to a group of workers that were talking and laughing and told them that I'd been here for 30 mins and didn't receive any help and even after that no one from the group of workers helped me. It wasn't till a lady cleaning up heard the situation between me and my mom and helped me and still she didn't seem like she wanted to and she barely helped me. I personally thought how I was treated horrible I'm still a paying customer and I should be treated like every other customer in the store. Definitely not impressed.

  They used to have little stations where you could try on the make up and see how it looked before buying it, but it seems they took most of these areas down. I bought way more when I was able to experiment with it a bit. Every other Sephora has tonnes of areas to try on, but of course the Regina store doesn't. Also I get too much help when I am there - different than others commenting - I would rather be left alone to look, and not constantly asked if someone can help me.
