  One of the worst businesses there is. Th employees are snobby and stuck up. There's no recognition of you entering the store, so don't have high hopes expecting a "hello", or "hi" from anyone. They stare each customer down as if they're going to steal an item. The worst experience I've encountered with this store is when I had brought BRAND NEW clothing items I have never worn. I brought a few pairs of Silver jeans in, Old Navy clothing, some Pink items, and other name brand items. They have never been worn or used. When I brought the clothes in, they had told me to call them in a "month" to see if anything has sold. When I called a month later, they told me over the phone (in a rude manner) that my clothes looked "dirty" and "unwashed". Unless you had a microscope and bacteria sampler, would you be able to accuse someone of their clothes being "dirty" and "unwashed". When I had asked to speak to the manager, she was also rude and snobby. She had told me she would look into the matter, but hasn't to this day (2 years later). Terrible business, and I have never stepped in there in over 2 years. Others I have talked to have said they have experienced the same issues. I would advise others to save their gas, breathe and money on such a shady business. Most likely will not operate longer, due to how they operate their business. Would give them -5 stars if possible.

  You may have to spend a bit of time here to find a treasure but I know that I will always find 1 (or more!) unique items that I absolutely love and know that no one else will have. When you find those treasures it feels so good too!

  Very unimpressed with my last and final visit. Obviously no notion of appreciation for customers who bring with them their hard earned money. If Rhoda was in fact 'elegant' and sophisticated, she would understand that class is courteous, charismatic, and ensure that her staff acts accordingly, and at the very least say hello to people when they come through the door.

  Good place to buy and sell consignment clothing. Good quality clean items.
