  I had a horrible pushy confrontational experience at the first avenue universal collision before I had a chance to get my car fixed . Its one thing to try to get your revenues up by mentioning a non existent damages, it's another thing to be right down dishonest. I like the Rochdale location one because I was treated with respect but not in the 1st ave Location. Very unprofessional !!

  Phoned Tuesday morning, about 9am. Went to voicemail. I left a detailed message including my name, phone number and that my car had been involved in a collision, and that SGI had done the estimate. No return phone call. Obviously to busy.
