  Awesome service, thanks to service advisor Curtis. The vast majority of dealers after they sold a vehicle don`t really care about you, but not here. I had a question after service, they spent time, made a double check, washed my car=) and didn`t charge me. Very fast and friendly due to everything depends on people. Thank you guys

  Sales people I have dealt with have been great for the most part. Same with the service department. Biggest issue I could say Regina Nissan has is the lack of communication between departments. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing bat times. Otherwise all good.

  My complaint is with the Service Department. After taking my vehicle there for service I noticed the mechanic had improperly re-installed the air box cover and warped the cover when he forced it on. I re-installed it properly but unfortunately the cover was still somewhat warped. After bringing it to the service manager for inspection the mechanic said that when using an aftermarket filter the covers "never" go back on properly. Clearly not the case. The service manager was not willing to investigate further and clearly is not very knowledgeable about the whole system anyway as she did not even realize aftermarket filters are available.
