  Easy to talk to. Explain what they intend to do and check. Ensure you are ok or that they can contact for ok if they find something else. Then before paying go over what they have done and the charge. Friendly, easy to talk to and very willing to answer questions. Great experience every time I have bern there.

  I had winter tires put on both my car and truck. I was please with the service on both occasions. For both tire purchases I did a comparison with other service locations and in both situations the prices were very good . A bonus is the OK Tire is very close to my residence (both in Whitmore Park subdivision) which is convenient for dropping off or picking up my vehicles. Thank you for the good service!

  Really great service! Staff is friendly, Jack at the counter was nice, Andrew my mechanic was very thorough and professional and best part was parts came promptly and I was on my again quickly! Thanks guys :)

  Wanted to charge $1,100 to fix my vehicle. Took it to a mechanic that fixed it for $600, in which he included ball joints, which OK Tire did not include. OK tire said my control arm was completely broken, which another mechanic a took it to said my vehicle only required a control bushing, and that I did not require to be sold a whole new part. They also recommended a wheel alignment, when I only had one 3 weeks prior. I was still charged $70.00 for the diagnosis of the issue and the "complimentary" vehicle inspection.

  Whoever Doug is, he was fantastic! I was in need of a receipt from some previous work done this summer and he pulled it up and had it emailed to me in 15 minutes, no hassle and no belly aching. Thank you for your quick and kind service!

  Also, back in July, I had a tire blow on my car and got it towed to ok Tire. I had been having issues with tires going flat somewhat regularly for a while and they were the first garage to actuallyrics find the issue and fix it. It was expensive but such is the nature of cars and when you aren't mechanically inclined. They fixed my car fast and went above and beyond to check my car for other issues and kept me up to date so I wouldn't be surprised by any suddenly expensive additions to my car repairs. Thanks for the excellent service!
