  Well what a relief when they told me I could come and get the car on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00. I show up there at 2:00 and sure enough, the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. My car is nowhere to be seen and there is no one outside the shop or in the back alley. I called and called and got no answer. Finally we left and I got a call back an hour later.

  I take my vw golf here for all work. They are affordable and very good at what they do. Highly recommended.

  What a terrible experience! Very dissapointed. It wasn't like I randomly came in to these guys, I had taken my Volkswagen Passat into them before and my Volkswagen Golf as well. Needless to say, they jerked me and dad around for weeks. Telling us it would be fixed the next day and then the next day. Finally it turned to "oh we ordered in the wrong part" and "we didn't get our shipment".

  Unfixable. Really? At first I was told it was the battery. I bought a new one for $150. Then I'm told it is the fuel pump they had replaced last summer. He had apparantely looked under the car for the first time on the Friday night and realized it was not fixable. This is ridiculous. Being jerked around by these idiots. Lack of communication, dishonest and very poor customer service. He didn't even attempt to call us after finding out that it could not be fixed? Made us drive to this run down cheap auto repair shop in the ghetto of Regina just so he can avoid us? Awful.

  They were suppose to have my car done in 2 weeks I moved my car has been there since , these people are low down , I have no choice but to get a lawyer this week , Run do not go near this place I am filing with better business this week I don'y understand except to say they are very dishonest people

  These people took our 02 audi s4 nearly 1 year ago had us pay over $2000 up front for a transmission , they tell me 2 months later it was the wrong unit , they do not answer the phone when they see my Area code calling , I sent friends by they can not even see my car .
