  Horrible service!!!! I was quoted under a hundred dollars for a 24 hour rental and ended up getting charged 4 times the quoted amount. I paid nearly $400 for a one day rental of a basic model vehicle.

  Always poor service at this location. Fastbreak always takes 15 minutes. Should post slow break. Always ask me if I filled the tank even though I always pre pay

  Went to Pick up my Car, They asked I would like an upgrade and I said sure. I was offered a Durango for $!5 more a day and I agreed. When the person behind the counter was creating my contract he must have had an issue and he consulted with his co-worker in Urdu and said that the computer is only allowing 2 options $9 or $20 extra per day. They decided to select the $20 and not tell me and try to get me to sign the contract..PUNK MOVE!!!... When I questioned him he said that yes he agreed but was not going to do it....I explained to him I understood the language and asked him why not give me the $9 instead...on a 2- day rental that works out to $12-18 total? HELLO...ISNT MAKING A CUSTOMER HAPPY BETTER THAN MAKING A CUSTOMER ANGRY OVER LESS THAN $20..

  The even funnier thing is that they called me an hour later to see if they had given me an extra key by mistake...THEY DIDN'T...IT APPEARS THEY LOST THE KEYS TO ANOTHER CAR AND WERE CALLING ALL THE CUSTOMERS....

  They do not go over the details of the bill with you, when you ask questions they blow you off. Go to the next counter and skip budget all together.
