    My go to coffee stop. Always more than happy with my specialty coffees, the staff members are amazing. Even on the earliest of mornings when I'm very grumpy I'm greeted with smiles and friendly people.

    Consistency is very important in a good coffee shop. Every time I go it's a mystery if I'm going to get a well crafted latte or not. Same problem I have going to Starbucks. Proper training for a latte based coffee shop should looked into a little more after hiring employees.

    Love second cup coffee shops all across the city. Unfortunately there just isn't enough seating in this location. When I came in on a Monday morning there was nearly no seating and at least 6 people came in the following 20 minutes and left because of the lack of seating. Great drinks though, and very friendly staff!

    Friendly service. Awesome coffee, cookies on the other hand were rock hard and stale. It was too busy to go back so I just ate it by dunking it in my coffee.
