  Full time work and 3 kids doesn't leave a ton of scheduling options so I was ok with waiting a few weeks longer than recommended between treatments in order to get a Saturday appointment... I made that appointment for October 14 a month ago!!! Well I received a message from their staff on Tuesday Oct 10 asking to move my appointment time. I called them on Thursday in order to try and accommodate their scheduling and suggested Friday and was initially told Friday would work in the afternoon, but then was told it actually wasn't available. I said I would be available later in the pm on the day of my appointment but they already moved my Saturday appointment to the morning which does not work with our schedule!!! I asked about the next available Saturday appointment and it's over a month away. I was told there was no option to keep my currently scheduled appointment because they already changed it to accommodate something else that came up and they need that certain room. Can't help but speculate that something is a more lucrative procedure so you know what I would not recommend this place for being being unable to honour their appoIntments. I received a message they were requesting me to switch but later learned they just went ahead and did it anyway!!

  Drs Bastien and Suri were incredibly caring and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured that they knew exactly what I wanted and gave me detailed options and treatment recommendations. I highly recommend this clinic. All staff are professional and provide excellent treatments and service.

  However when it comes to scheduling and having a long awaited appointment cancelled for more lucrative clientele.... so unprofessional and will not return.

  I have only the very best of things to say about Dr. Bastian, PL, and their amazing staff! I've had the awake liposuction in my chin and neck and absolutely love it. And, I'm a regular for Botox which has made me look much less stressed. Most recently, I had the juvederm injections in my cheeks and chin and am beyond pleased with my face. I would recommend them to anyone!! Plus, the experience of just being in their clinic is amazing. 5 Star treatment all around!

  I had a really great intro into laser hair removal. No complaints and it actually exceeded my expectations. The staff person was great!

If you're considering any cosmetic treatment, experience and attitude matter, and the Nu Image team not only excels at their knowledge of what patients want and need, they deliver state-of-the-art results. For these reasons I highly recommend this team.

  Dr. Bastian was the physician who performed my liposuction procedures. Dr. Bastian was very experienced and extremely knowledgeable regarding these procedures. My safety and comfort were particularly important to him. Throughout the procedure, he explained what he was doing each step of the way and had regular checks for my comfort level. Dr. Bastian had a professional, friendly and enthusiastic bedside manner. After care was equally outstanding as I was encouraged to call or come back to NuImage should I have any concerns. I was also given Dr. Bastian's cell number and told to call or text anytime, 24 hrs. a day should I have any concerns. I have never had a physician give me his/her private cell number after any type of surgery. I was very satisfied with the results of my procedures and highly recommend others to see Dr. Bastian for liposuction or any other cosmetic needs.
