  Wonderful food and desserts. Their soups are fantastic as well! I have been there for a Christmas party this past year, and the food was phenomenal.

  Used Sprout Catering for a business lunch meeting; extremely easy & professional to work with ...and the best part was the lunch was fantastic, everyone in attendance commented on how great it was...will use them again for sure.

  A hidden gem in downtown Regina. Everything is made fresh from scratch and is always awesome. And their staff are friendly positive and super helpful. I just love the huge windows and bright sunny ambiance. Good job - they totally deserve all 5 stars.
