  The facility is fine and the features are as advertised however I am not pleased with these "Easy Pay" games. I invite Storage Mart to contact me directly with an explanation.

  August 29, 2016: As a follow up to my original posting where I gave two stars. A storage mart customer services person provided a credit on my account and apology which I really appreciate. Thank you for the follow up. I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars.

  Booked a unit via the web site and the price went up from what was advertised. Called the local office and they immediately rolled the price back to the original quote and apologized for the mix up. I would recommend you deal directly with the local staff who are extremely professional. The site it self is in a great location and the prices seem to be 10 to 20% less than the local competitors. After hours access is straight forward and the unit itself is exactly what I wanted.

  my experience was good and very reasonable and i would use them again if i had too.. i have used them 2 times in a year so i recommend the great pleasant and service... the only thing is tbey need to get a chip reader for there debit machine but other wise its great...

  Watch out for games! When you sign up for a locker, the lowest price will not be offered, so do your homework in advance to receive the advertised discount. I wanted to see the size of the locker before signing up so they showed me the locker right outside the office and then I was informed that despite being the same size, this locker would cost more. I insisted that I wanted to pay the advertised price so then they showed me where those lockers were located. Next, I requested to enroll in the automatic "Easy Pay" so my MasterCard would be charged automatically every month. After the first free month, my account was to be charged automatically however it was not. I was locked out of the compound on the fist Sunday in July so I went into the office on Monday. I was informed that their "system had crashed" and I was not enrolled in "Easy Pay". Furthermore, since my payment was late for July, I lost the $20 discount that month. I paid the full price and confirmed that I was enrolled in "Easy Pay" for August.

  I just received my invoice for August and after logging into their website, I still needed to enter my MasterCard information and I was not enrolled in "Easy Pay". I checked off the box so hopefully my September invoice will be paid automatically. After three attempts to sign up for "Easy Pay", I have the opinion that these issues with "Easy Pay" is a deliberate business practice becasue once you have moved your stuff into their storage units, the majority of customers will not call the office to re-confirm that they are enrolled in "Easy Pay" and thus miss these discounts that attract customers.

  My experience with StorageMart was great! Check-in and Check-out was smooth and easy. We ended up having to rent another storage unit, after realizing our first one wasn't large enough, and they were nice enough to waive the application fee. And since we were renting for only 3 weeks, it ended up being free! Great customer service, will recommend to all our friends and family!

  Was very quick and easy. I was quoted one price which wasn't bad at all. Then I got a phone call offering me an even cheaper price. Very friendly and would recommend.
