  Services are fine - customer service is terrible. Contacted them about having an allergic reaction during a pedicure (rash, hives, burning) and got a defensive response saying they are not sure how it happened and all they can do is not give me that part of the service next time. No apology, no acknowledgement as to how hurt I really was and no offer to help except to exclude part of the service. In fact at the end when i expressed my nervousness to return, the lady told me she would understand I would never come back again. I really liked this spa but apparently they could care less if the customer never comes back.

  Amazing services and staff! It's the only spa in Regina that is a part of Leading Spas of Canada, which means it meets very high standards for cleanliness and sterilization.

  The owner: Honestly, I don't know how you do the business and lied too much. I booked my appointment 4weeks ago why you told I just booked yesterday and I did not cancel several times before. Why do you lie? Why why why? I don't care whatever you told because you lied. You don't know how to take care the customer. I will claim to the credit card company because you are not allowed to pre-authorize. I didn't use the service why I must pay 50%.

  Beware to this spa if everyone doesn't want to lost money for your cancellation. They still charge without any reasons.

  Super bad service and super weird rules. Every 2-3 weeks I spent 200$ or more to the skin treatment. Yesterday, I had appointment but I called to reschedule another day because I have very important meeting. They said they can't and charge 50% the service. I check my credit card today and they charge 92$. If you guys do this way, I am sure you will loose a lot of regular customers. I never come back your bad service and never never.

  Staff is excellent however they require more .....staff to accommodate customers. Things have not been as good as they used to be the last few visits due to lack of staff.
