  The staff are not well educated when it comes to skis. I will no longer shop there for any sporting goods. They are however good for clothing because there is usually good sales.

  Horrible staff attitude, not helpful and the cashier did 3 mistakes in lane with my bill, she charged me first time wrong price which is almost double, second charge gst and pst while the whole store having an event of no taxes, and when I asked to refund of the over charges and the taxes her face was frone, no apologizing no customer service approach, nothing and she wanted me provide confidential info about myself from name, phone number and address for a mistake she did a second ago and the receipt still in her hand, I told her these are private info and cannot be given without client permission and all what she needs is the receipt but she kept repeating that she cant return my money back !!!!!!

  It's horribleeeeeeee customer service no respect for client and person right, no friendly customer service, this was my first time visiting that store and it will be the last for sure .

  Poor experience with the "manager".... argue with me about dropping price on a $60 pair of swimming trunks out of season 10%.... must not really be the manager if he can't do that, or maybe just a liar and $8 is more important than repeat business. Bald manager guy you suck! The young lady at the till was very polite and nice.

  I was impressed with their cooperation when returning an online purchase to this location (I was shipped the wrong item). I didn’t have original packaging/packing slip yet they were more than willing to help me out. I’m a happy customer!

  Went there to find a calf sleeve, staff at no point offered to help and instead stood around chatting with each other. When I found someone who seemed less useless they did their best to help, but had a limited selection.
