My overall experience with Water Heater Services is that they were prompt, professional and helpful, answering my questions so that the product they sold me was appropriate for my needs and could be maintained in future by me if I so desired. They clearly cared about what they were doing.

I'm located out in Pilot Butte and i have been using these guys for years, anytime there is issues they have come out very quickly! I have both my Softener and Water Heater rented through them. Thanks for the great service!

When the installer came I was also very impressed. One thing that had annoyed me with my old water heater was that the original plumbing had made it hard to access the anode rode. The installer fixed that. The factory anode rods are also really tight and I wanted to be able to change it myself if possible. The installer used a special tool to remove the factory installed rod and showed it to me and rewrapped it with plumbers tape and put it back in so that when I want to change it out I should be able to. He walked me through all the steps of doing that, patiently answering all the questions I had. He also talked to me about how the heat sensor works, why and how it can trip and how to reset and relight the water heater. Finally he answered my questions about how having a water softener would affect the lifetime of the water heater. This was of value to me as I plan on changing that setup.

Had a issue with the pilot light not staying on with our water heater on a Saturday, I called and the gentleman was here within the hour and got us all fixed up. Thanks a bunch. Would recommend to anyone.

The water heater that came with my house started leaking. I wasn't surprised as it had lasted many years. I wanted to purchase (not rent) a new one. I contacted Water Heater Services and Kyle came out within two hours to look at my setup. I had quite a few questions which he happily answered. We also looked at my water softener setup and he answered my questions about that. He guided me through the options for purchasing a new water heater. What pleased me most was that he didn't try to upsell me. He didn't try to badger me into renting over owning for instance, merely pointing out the pros and cons. Also I had a 40 gallon tank and while we discussed the merits of a 50 gallon tank he agreed that based on my family's experience a 40 gallon tank would likely be adequate. He also discussed the various brands they could provide but suggested I go with a model of a different brand than my previous one that had a longer warranty for the same price. He gave me info and a quote for their water softening services but didn't oversell that either. Finally he was able to book the install for the very next day which was convenient.
