  Had my high limit sensor going off. Instead of checking to see what was causing the furnace to overheat Doug changed out the high limit switch to a higher one which isn't the proper one for my furnace. I know this because the same problem happened again. Turns out it was the evaporator coil being clogged so Aquarius had to change out the wrong limit switch to the proper one as a major safety concern cuz of the heat exchanger possibly cracking from overheating which can cause carbon monoxide to enter the home. All Doug had to do was check and clean that coil but he did the easy thing and risked the safety of my family for an easy 200$ fix by upping the limit. Wonder how many times he's doing this. Scary think about

  Great service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes. Technician found the problem quickly and fixed it fast. When your furnace isn't working and it's -20 you appreciate the quick service. Not a fan of the $20 truck charge, what do you expect, he should walk here! You have to use the truck anyway so it is just another way of padding the bill.That is why I took one star off.

  Top of the line appeared to be good at first when they came to the house. They got our furnace running, saying that there was a 400$ part they needed to order and they'd order it and install it once it was in. They charged us in the call out, which we paid expecting them to keep their word. They never ever showed with the part, nor did they give us our money back after repeated requests.

  These guys are crocks!!! They would do low estimates just to get into your doors and find something to screw you over at the end!
