  My experience with Reliance so far has been good. My old furnace broke down (as was expected) and the technician (Luke) who came out to look at it was very prompt and professional. I ended up getting a new furnace installed the next morning, and the installation crew were also great. If service continues like this they will definitely deserve 5 stars.

  Clayton and Cory were very courteous and professional. They were very transparent about everything they had to do to bring the new install of our furnace up to code. Rob the Service Tech was also very knowledgeable and thoroughly tested everything on our old furnace before recommending its replacement. Thank you Dave, Comfort Adviser, for loaning us the 6 space heaters while we setup the install. I highly recommend Reliance MacKenzie.

  Got our furnace, AC and air exchanger with MacKenzie heating and plumbing. Service was outstanding. Max, Ty and Mitch made sure everything was perfect for our house. The system is great. The manager also stopped in to check on everything which was a plus as well. Highly recommend MacKenzie for your homes needs.

  Very professional. He came out within a day, on a Sunday, outside of Regina. No additional weekend callout charge or mileage! Amazing service. Very respectful in our home. Drop cloths used and shoes off. Friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with their service
