  I had a sewer backup and called Mr. Rooter early in the morning. They set up a same day appointment and came to fix the issue later in the evening. They called me twice that the serviceman was running late but they finally made it. The serviceman was knowledgeable and very patient with our questions. He responded all of our questions and reaffirmed to us that they have a 24 hour service. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone with sewer or plubing issues that needs resolved right away.

  Mr.Rooter was easily the best emergency plumbing experience I've ever had. The representative was knowledgable, took the time to explain the costs and then went above and beyond by helping with my hot water tank as well. Prices were very reasonable and they responded immediately when I called. Excellent service!

  I had quite a few water issues over the most recent cold snap. A clogged line, low water pressure, leaking water heater, etc. Mr. Rooter spent a lot of time at my house and worked until the job was done right. They explained everything as they went and there were no surprise charges. Very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them and I won't be calling anyone else when I have issues again. Amazing job, greatly appreciated!
