  Very happy with the service we received from this company. They came out promptly, gave us a quote which was very reasonable and were not phased by the trees on the property and were able to work around them. They did the job when they said they would and a year later we are still happy with the work they did. We highly recommend them.

  I’m not used to service people showing up on time, but Adam did. I made a 1pm appointment and they got here just before 1pm. The job was done well and I’m very happy

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I had my sewer back up, called on of the other companies and response time was too long so I decided to call Duke. Their technician arrived in a timely manner and was pleasant, I have had issues before with tree roots in the line and specifically asked the technician to check for roots. The technician checked the line only in the laundry room, did not go to the main line to check. When he was completed I again specifically asked about roots and was told that there were no roots and everything was all clear. Within a week I had another back up, I called Duke back, they sent the same technician who then told me that I had roots in my drain which was causing the issue! The owner eventually came and told me that this was not their error as with my last visit that was not the issue even though I specifically asked about roots multiple times. Needless to say they were very defensive and rude and when I asked for a refund was told this would not happen as roots weren't the problem at the first visit. Thanks to Duke I had to pay for their terrible service PLUS $700+ to have flooring replaced due to being damaged when the sewer line backed up. I never got an apology or admission of wrong doing or offer for any compensation, will never call them again nor recommend them to anyone!

  These guys saved us lots of damage by coming out the same day to clear a blockage on one of our sewer pipes to our septic tank. It was a reasonably quick fix and he inspected the pipes and let us know about the condition. Was very happy with the service and now we know who to call when we have issues. Thanks guys !!

  Big shout out to Duke Sewer Service . They were informative, on time, efficient, knowlegable and friendly. They had to come out twice to deal with the situation. They were patient in answering all my questions and provided top notch service. Highly recommend. They are now my go to guys for any future sewer/plumbing issues and I will be referring them to all my friends. Thx guys.... :) Debbie Obrigewitsch
