  Brett was so amazing with my kids. My daughter was interested in the snakes and he showed her a few, helped her hold a snake and a tortoise. He made the experience for my son and daughter a memorable one and I can't be more thankful.

  Almost every fish I bought from this store has gotten sick or died. Highly not recommended buying from this store

  Horrible experience. Crappy customer service. Never once been greeted. The one time I mentioned to the guy in the fish and reptiles that he had 3 dead fish he gasped stated in the most sarcastic tone that he knew and he'd get it later. The fish and snails in the tank weren't looking very well at all. I could have basically walked out of the store holding on to the bunny I had been petting as soon as I had walked in. Horrible and the worst experience EVER in a pet store.

  I normally have excellent service and very understanding staff but upon getting my birds wings clipped ( I've ALWAYS gone with my bird) I said ok let's go when she came to me saying yes I'll clip his wings. She had a HUGE ATTITUDE problem with me all of a sudden going in in the back with her while she clips his wings.... finally I said whatever It has to get done one way or another " if you don't trust me here " I said " whatever just do it I'll talk to your manager later. When she was done she dropped him in my hands. Not pleased not happy so not close to being satisfied
