  First time I've ever been denied to renew for another hour. Our group an I often stay for at least two hours, and when we called ahead to ask if there was room for us at the time we were coming, we were assured that there was. There wasn't. We were fine with using a temporary room and move to a smaller one, but when our time was about to expire we weren't allowed to renew.

  It is perfect for a group of 4 or less people and was very enjoyable. Things that would've made the experience better personally would be to have more updated song selection & found English songs were limited. Otherwise, highly recommend!

  We called ahead to book a karaoke room and we were told no problem. After arriving we were asked if we could go into a bigger room because they had no other space even though we booked ahead. We were asked to move once a smaller room was available which was no problem, but we were not even done our hour and they came in saying that we had to leave after our time was up so they could accommodate another group who came in after us. Just because we were a group of 4 and not a group of 6 meant we weren’t valued customers because they’d get more money for the extra two people in the other group. Completely unacceptable! We are paying customers and we’re there first. Why was our group told we had to go after an hour and not the other groups? Just because we’re a smaller group meant our business was not valued.

  They wanted to make room for another group, and their group was larger than ours. Why other groups there before us weren't chased out of there is beyond me, other than we were the smallest group (4 of us instead of 5 or 6). Since we reserved over the phone for two hours this is pretty bad service.

  Terrible customer experience. We called ahead to see if there was room for us, we were told yes. We got there and they asked us how long we were planning to stay (we said 2 hours) and they said they didn’t have any smaller rooms (we were a group of 4) so they put us in a bigger room and said we might have to get moved to another room later. We said that was fine, they normally would give us an extra 5-10 minutes in the past if they had shuffled us around. We ended having to move, not a big deal. As it was getting close to the end of our hour (22-16 minutes left) they tell us that there’s another group coming in and we can’t buy anymore time. We essentially were refused service without an explanation why (we were already using the room, and called to make a reservation, so it was unclear as to why we had to leave). As we were leaving I told the guy that it was unfortunate that we weren’t able to buy another hour, and he didn’t say anything. I honestly don’t know if he cared. We chose the option where if everyone buys two drinks, you get an hour of karaoke free... so it’s not like we weren’t buying drinks (8 drinks every hour), so I’m not sure why they decided we weren’t worthy of their service. Extremely disappointing as we were never treated like this back when it was Young’s Karaoke.

  Super fun. Yes, everyone is confused by their pricing scheme. Expect to pay 30 bucks a person or more. No food.
