Rooms are somewhat comfortable. Can't pre authorize and you have to pay for each night. Has smoking rooms. Customer service is awful. Decent amenities nearby. Owner won't let you pre authorize payments. You have to pay day by day ahead of time.

I would rate this motel at less than 1 if possible. Rooms had a horrible perfume smell that orvwrwhelmed. Bathroom covered in pubic hair. Tried to charge more than advertised price, argued about it. Very rude. No control for temperature so was very very cold. Brought my own pillows in from the car as the pillows were so small and actually I was scared to touch anything other than the sheet. I’ve travelled and stayed in many cheap motels in which there is normally some charm and making up for what it lacks in other ways. These people should be ashamed. Oh, they are also a little racist, but that’s another ball of wax...

WORST experience EVER. I tried to book online with Wyndham using a corporate discount code. I had questions so I phoned the hotel.

Everything was fine but one of the towels was full of black hair. The motel is pretty good for the price. Will stay again. Thanks!

He yelled at me and I had to threaten to call the police to get my belongings out of the room.

They told me to come in person and not book online, they would give me a better rate.

Visited monthly, sometimes every two weeks, near doctor's office. I do not change my assessment. I find the front desk friendly and the place VERY CLEAN. Okay, two times ago, Room 108, renovated, had bathtub faucet problems and needed some maintenance on the toilet roll holder... But, two weeks ago, stayed in room 221, renovated, VERY CLEAN and immaculate. For this price a good value and CLEANLINESS IS THE KEY for me. ... as I wrote before... I found this place in 2011 when I first arrived in Saskatchewan,,, From the outside, it does not look that great and in 2011 many of its rooms were in a state of renovations. HOWEVER, I have just gotten back to travelling and I agree that there is no other place that is as reasonably priced. I am older, white and do not smoke or drink... so I get treated fairly well. Initially I found the owner to be impatient and rude BUT, from what I have observed when waiting to check in or check out, it starts with the 'guest' first getting belligerent. I have learned to banter with the guy and, when he knows you are a repeat customer, the service is a joy to encounter. My criteria is strict for ANY place I stay at. It MUST BE CLEAN. I have not found any of the bug problems others identify here AND rooms which I have been in since I began visiting regularly in Jauary are most often CLEAN. I did encounter one instance where a cleaning rag had been left... regardless of the state of renovations (some rooms are not yet) they have ALWAYS been clean. Many are also RENOVATED, and very nicely in comparison to some of those 'higher class' motels I have stayed in, in this new year. There WILL BE minor maintenance problems in some rooms (a deep tub with a stopper that does not really hold the water that well during a shower AND a faucet in the sink that is wobbly and obviously needs replacing... ) BUT, at $64 total (and I have never been 'misquoted'), there 'just ain't a better price anywhere', especially for short, overnight stays on the road to somewhere else...I have had no problems with this place myself

When I got there the manager refused to give ANY discount, not even the rate I could've got online.
