In the past I gave this hotel 5 stars...now only 3. The last 3 times we came here food and rooms were mediocre. Potatoes are always undercooked, ( I told them twice)... so why bother putting them out, but they still do; fruit is dried out (I showed the lady at the desk and she agreed, but later the fruit that was put out still looked the same) and the clerk when we registered on July 23rd, 2017 was very cold. I tried talking to her 3 times and all 3 times she totally ignored me which put in a bad mood. Where I come from most of us are polite and having her not respond to my comments or me, upset me..l stood there for about a minute before she said, I'll be right with you and then when I said, "Oh good you still have those awesome cookies for when people come in; did you know the power is out all through the malls across the street." I got no response from her. Sorry, but I thought that was pretty rude. We have stayed here quite a few times a year in the past, but I realized it is not the only hotel in the area and therefore we will be going elsewhere.

Clean. I really like the mattress. Staff is very nice. Older hotel. But still not bad.

The room was basic, but the customer service was exemplary. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We were forced to stay overnight in Regina after my 4 year old had his tonsils removed. Got discharged from the hospital at 11 in the morning & booked a room at the Comfort Inn, only to be told there was no chance of an early check in (we didn't want to drive around the city & wait until 3 with a sick child). Called the Country Inn & Suites, who offered a 12pm check in & medical discount. They even offered to keep popsicles in their freezer for my son, & put a note on our room file that we could access them whenever we needed.

Finding the hotel is difficult the first time. It's tucked past another hotel and restaurant and Tim Hortons. It needs better signage. Listen to the google directions lady. It doesnt look right but it'll get you there. The main floor has walk out suites facing the back parking lot. The rooms all have microwaves and a mini fridge without a freezer. Big closets but limited drawer space in the regular rooms. We switched to a king for that reason as we're staying at least a week for work like to unpack. I'm having the luxury of staying on the hideabed. The mattress is springy, not flimsy. They said they'd been replaced recently. There's been no bar digging into my back but I did sit down onto the one further out lol the blankets and pillows are in the front closet. If you leave the bed out the next day they make it up nice for you. There's a sink with the microwave. Great if you need to do dishes. The colour scheme is dated. Not my thing. Makes everything look old. The bathroom is decent. The typical amenities are there. Lots of soft towels. The king bed is quite comfy and is in it's own room. They have the hd channel list in the room so we found the Olympics right away! The staff have been wonderful. Super helpful and happy to do it. Breakfast included fruit, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, assorted bread item and a toaster. 2 waffle irons. Usually there's egg and hash browns and a meat. Today was a delight with ham and hollandaise sauce. The front staff also has a snack bag to go if you don't have time to sit. All in all its a little dated but a great place to stay.

This is a very comfy and clean place with great staff. I always enjoy the super nice greeting and goodbye from staff at check in and check out. The rooms are quite clean and well stocked with everything I need for my stay. The pillows are always great and I always sleep well in their beds. The continental breakfast is well stocked and has something for everyone. The proximity to this restaurants is fantastic and I always enjoy my stay
