  I ordered a ring online and when i went in to the store to return. I was told i wasn't allowed to return instore but had to send it back through the mail. There policy clearly states you have 60 days to return any online purchase at any peoples jewlery store. Problem wasnt ever solved. Worst service ever.

  This place is pathetic, I have gotten my engagement ring now replaced twice through them before I have up and went to the cornwall because the lady here pretty much pushed my ring back after cleaning it and in a rude voice says it's broke (this being the 3rd time which I took it to the cornwall). Then stupid me thinks hey maybe just the style ring doesn't work for me..... Until I go there in the past 2 weeks got my wedding band to match the engagement ring and bam married Saturday I'm not even home from where I got married and now that's missing a diamond. I would highly suggest not shopping at this store. Between hidden fees at pick up, rude employees and products that break frequently. Truly beyond disgusted. If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would have.

  Not good. Tried getting replacement battery for watch bought from People's. Lifetime battery replacement. When I asked for new battery, they proceeded to tell me that my (quartz) watch didn't use a battery (of course it does). When I finally convinced them otherwise, they just straight up told me they wouldn't do it. Yikes!
