  Building a house with Alair was a great experience! They say building a house is supposed to be stressful but they made the whole process very easy. Their online back office made it easy for us to see updated budgets and scheduling during the build which resulted in a transparent process. I would highly recommend using this company to build your house!

  Our house had a water escape incident so we took the chance to do a whole house renovation. Samuel Park managed the majority of the project and Matthew Stevens did the finishing part. They are both great people to work with, very professional, always responsive.

  We are home and words cannot express what that means for this family. Building a new home was not in the cards, but due to unforeseen circumstances this is where we ended up.   We were scared at the scope of the project (over $100k) at first but Sam took the stress out completely. His attention to detail and craftsmanship made the house truly shine. Every sub-trades of his chosen all did quality work, best part is, he even helped us saved money due to their industry relationship!
