  I've been through heck because of using Tc Tc, first they made a mistake and when I ask them to correct it they insist it wasn't their mistake.

  With the severe lack of family doctors available in this city, I have been trying to regularily see Dr. Mbanza but it has become absolutely unbearable to deal with the staff and how they have decided to treat me. Every single time I come in for a walk in, the full time receptionist tries really hard to convince me to leave, saying things such as "just so you know there are 3 people in front of you so it will be a very long wait, if it's too long you can go to another clinic". It got to the point where, after hearing this multiple times, I had to defend myself and explain that I am a full time student while simultaneously working full time and I don't want to be here but I am sick and come in when I can afford the time. Also, they will charge you $30 for a sick note, I would recommend taking a picture of it before getting to front desk and leaving it there because that is an insanely nonsensical money grab.

  Let me end this by explaining the main reason I will never return and will actively tell my friends to avoid this clinic. Earlier in the summer I was feeling hot internally, hot forehead, and dizzy, so I went to see Dr. Mbanza before leaving on my vacation. Without checking any of my symptoms (and I mean he did not check my temperature, heart rate, ears, eyes, etc) and just listening to my description, prescribed me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I ended up becoming violently ill on my vacation, had to go to an emergency clinic only to find out that the antibiotics Mbanza prescribed gave me a bad case of thrush. I was in extreme pain for days, bedridden, rolling around sobbing while clutching my poor abdomen. Absolutely unprofessional, and in my opinion, dangerous clinic, PLEASE AVOID.

  I followed Dr. Kiapway who recently moved to Southland. I love my Dr. and was scared when I read the reviews. But I thought the girls in the front were lovely. They joked with me and we're professional. I've only been there once so I'll let you know if that changes.

  I dont know anything about tax and I think they took advantage of me and now I'm stuck to fix the mess myself.
