  Doctor is always an hour or more late after the time the walk-in opens. Which is rude. Way too long of a fun wait.

  I suffer from mental illness. Depression and anxiety. I go see my doctor a lot. Today the receptionist that usually wears red laughed and said "you again". I felt about an inch tall. Sorry for being sick.

  Receptionist told me there wasn't any charge and doc referred me to another medical institution to get what I wanted done. Paid 40$ at that institution and went back to the original doc at Primacy. Upon leaving I was slapped with 45$ charge for the doc signing a paper

  I found the receptionists very friendly but professional. The place was clean and I was able to see the dr quickly. She was knowledgeable and kind. So happy there are walk in clinics available.

  Receptionist (who was very rude) said the first receptionist is a temp and gave me wrong info and it's not her fault. Made me weight 30 mins to get it sorted then came back saying the manager said I had to pay. Rated 0 for me.

  Never go here. The clinic has no repsect patients' time. Which makes me think they have no real interest in their patients health. I called the day before and couldnt get appiontment because they were booked up. They suggested i come for a walk in.I showed up the next day when they opened at 8:30. At about 9:30, the doctor finally showed up. By 10 am he still hadnt looked after a patient. So 1.5 hours after they opened the clinic hadnt seen even one patient. I left because i had to work. Now i have to try a different clinic and miss more work in the afternoon.
