  Exceptional staff and incredibly well equipped, clean and safe facility. Unbeatable professional and supportive atmosphere. Everything from the personal training services, online coaching, group classes and 24 hour access is top notch. Appropriate for all ages and experience levels. All staff are well educated, experienced and approachable. Best fitness facility and staff in Regina.

  Neil & Erika who own and operate Trench have an amazing approach/philosophy that really allows you to achieve REAL results and adopt a balanced lifestyle that is realistically maintainable. They are extremely knowledgeable and have many personal fitness/weightlifting achievements under their belts ... which is important to see that they live and have experience in what they are teaching!

  Trench Fitness is more than just a gym. It is a family, a lifestyle and a community of like-minded individuals. I can personally say I have attended many gyms and have never felt a sense of support the way the members of Trench provide. I had a specific goal to reach when I started at Trench, so I was placed on a Nutrition and Fitness plan to achieve a body composition that would help me to develop the strength and agility to reach my goal. The level of 1 on 1 coaching and the commitment to consistent communication was nothing short of amazing. I never felt like I was on my own or that I wasn't given the tools and skills to get through the tough workouts and the days that I didn't want to follow my macro plan. I have been doing 1 on 1 personal training 2-3 times a week for almost a year now and I have yet to say that I didn't have an effective workout. I have since met my goal and I continue to train 1 on 1 because of the positive effect it has had on my life. I can confidently say that my favourite part of Trench is that the coaches push every individual out of their comfort zone in order to maximize their success. The positivity is contagious at Trench and I encourage anybody in any walk of their fitness journey to get out of their comfort zone and join us in the Trenches.

  Amazing place. Excited to learn as we go. One on one sessions with the trainer are recommended. You can find lots of inspiration from people around and the transformation is real and tempting.

  The gym is fantastic with lots of space, 24 hour access and top of the line equipment. Also chalk and dropping weights (reasonably!) is allowed! Lots of parking available and all the other staff are very knowledgeable and approachable. A great atmosphere and
