  Love this gym. One of the first gyms I’ve been to that I feel comfortable. Not a 5 star for me however bc I would like to be able to take a yoga class or something. Also, that LUNK sign is so judgemental! It’s also very hypocritical since they advertise themselves as being a “judgment free zone.”

  I have gone to a couple of the gyms here in the city and this one is the best by far. It is a large area, always very clean and the staff is excellent. There are lots of machines and you don't really have much of a wait in your routine. There is a great spot for stretching, lots of cardio choices, dressing rooms are large with great showers. The price is very reasonable, and you get a lot for your $20 membership, which includes full body machine, tanning and hydobeds. You can also get the $10 a month membership if you do not want the extras. And free pizza once a month!! The only suggestions I would make for this place is a suggestion box, and small cloth or hand towels instead of the constant wasting of paper towels to wipe down machines...save the trees!

  Great gym in regina and very affordable price. Hope you will have steam room someday. Also, shower don't have much pressure and not much water coming out, if your short the water spread too wide, you just get water on one side.

  Excellent gym with excellent staff and without that alarm bullsh*t. They deactivated it.
