Great staff, lots of stock on the shelves. Parking lot almost always has lots of room and the carts are in good shape. The produce selection is decent, but they quickly run out of the bargain foods and leave you with nothing but overpriced organic options; same for the meat, small selection unless you want the overpriced stuff at the butcher kiosk.

I've had lots of positive experiences here, with their staff going above and beyond to be accommodating. From helping me find something without me having to prompt for help, to offering to grab me a cart or basket when I stubbornly try to make it through the store without one.

The down side of Save on Foods though is as you would take from the name, it's mostly about food, so sometimes you can't cross off all items in your shopping list with just a visit there. This can happen a lot specialty around holidays, and it's not convenient.

And of course, they have great ready-made meals, self check-out, a Starbucks, and online shopping with delivery at a very reasonable price.

I love the assortment of fresh produce, baked breads, meat and fish selections. I get almost 90% of my groceries here because of how positive each experience tends to be.

Save-On-Foods is a high quality grocery store. They have a great selection of organic and healthy foods. There is a Starbucks located right in the store too. They have a great deli counter serving quick lunch options. There is even freshly made sushi rolls here. The staff is friendly and courteous. They definitely carry different food choices than most other grocery stores.

I've actually joked that I think their employees (specifically in the produce and meat/fish departments) are given drugs because they're always super nice and friendly.

Their staff is always willing to help, even suggesting recipes at the cash register! They even gave me 20 Apple boxes for a move. They care. Give them a try, you won't regret your decision. And if you do, I'll eat crow.

You know that friend you had in high school that you thought "You know, this person generally cares if I succeed at what I do."? That's the mentality and vibe I get when I go to Save-On.

I like Save on Foods mostly because they have a wide range of fruits and vegetables, and they're good quality as well. The next reason I love to go there is their bakery. I buy cakes very often, and so far, their pastry is the best among all other big stores I visit for pastry. For me, the winner for the pastry used to be Safeway, but since we moved and I found Save on Foods, we never go anywhere else for cakes (except when I had a special birthday cake and I had to go to some local shop).
